What is Underground Waifus?
This time it’s our turn to announce a big surprise we had in store for our community and we are very excited to share it. In collaboration with another big blockchain gaming project, Outer Ring, we present to you a new competitive blockchain game called Underground Waifus. Many times we hear the word metaverse and its benefits, and one of the objectives of the community as Warlands, is to open the doors to projects like Waifus, which we will tell you about next.
What is Underground Waifus?
Underground Waifus is a multiplayer TCG (Trading Card Game) based on a cyberpunk universe, focused on a post-apocalyptic future.
It proposes a circular economy model, combining F2P (Free to Play) and P&E (play and gain) business models with token economy.
In basic words: it is a game of collectible cards with different skills, with which we can fight against other players and the winner will win a prize in tokens.
How is it played?
If you have ever played Magic the Gathering, Pokemon or Hearthstone, this game will be easy to learn. As mentioned, it has two game models: Free to Play and Play and Earn.
There are several combat modes, with four types of competitions:
- PVE (training, which will later only be available in the F2P mobile version).
- PVP version with game pass or entry tickets, where the winning player gets all the tokens.
The PVP version of the winning ELO will determine who is the winner of each season. These battles are limited daily to 10 and are cumulative.
They will also have massive tournaments with the capacity to absorb hundreds of players, both freerolls (free access on equal terms), as well as tournaments or ELO competitions with large prize pools.
In this way, the player is not obliged to play every day and can dedicate as much time as he wants, the day he wants.

The launch of the game is planned in different phases or milestones, with simple tests and constant updates. In this way, players enjoy the game from the very first moment, rewarding those committed to the project since its inception.
The game will be released for PC and mobile, with free and P2E versions. Platforms such as Android and PC will be prioritized.
Physical versions and complementary expansions will be launched when the development of the game is more advanced to give more use and value to the tokenized assets.
It will feature a utility token, LICK (Underground Waifus Token), along with NFTs, which are the collectible cards. Currently, there are about 410 different cards.
The current maximum supply is about 153,400 cards in total, and the distribution of the booster packs.
Lore
The universe of Underground Waifus takes place in a future that has been corrupted by the scarcity of materials, money: stardust and the desire for power.
This has led to an eternal war between different races and more than nine factions, each with attractive and mind-blowing characteristics.
We are talking about a game with more than 400 cards, levels and special powers. Likewise, the powers increase as your levels increase.
