Dev Edition # 4: Warlands This Week’s Targets
Hello Warfam! Welcome to Warlands Weekly Devlog, we are going to launch the official Alpha at the end of March!!
In the upcoming week, we are focusing on an open testing with our MODs, launching a new LORE, upgrading graphics, and a lot more. Are you ready?

1. Environment asset & level design targets:
This week we polishing our Random ability mechanics when we conquer zone. Whenever a player or a team kills the Main monster of a zone that zone belongs
To that particular team and in return they get a super cool ability like Fire dragon ,Freezing ability , rage ability , etc. This makes user super excited whenever!
Because each time they can get a different weapon unknown weapon and can become the most powerful plate alive:
- Forest zone — We have reworked on our Forest zone and made it look better than ever with some new strategic points of attacks and defense area. Have a look at this wondeful biom.
- Savana zone — Last in our list of zones is Savana, a truly inspired zone from a real-life Savana environment. It is still in the early stage of development and will be done soon, New strategic points and scale of maps are things we give more focus with a combination of World-class Visuals
- Waiting/Advertisement area — We have prepared a world-class waiting area where users will need to wait for all 10 players to join the game, a place where Advertisers can show his products and wait.
- But at Warlands we don’t make anything boring as in our Waiting user will get see many advertisements banners, hoardings, stuffs about the project and also some Easter eggs if you are LUCKY ENOUGH:)
2. Characters, objects, Mounts main targets:
This week we bring you something cool, we improve a lot of mechanics!:
- Monster new improved mechanics — Warlands have ever-growing collections of deadly monsters, adapted to their unique zones and ready to kill all. This week we added some more new monsters, deadly underground creatures that poisons their enemies.
3. UI/UX main targets:
This week we still improving Staking UI, we create a new environment and UI buttons to control the locked time:
Website Update — We see many people lose the opportunity of opening a Warlands chest if they don’t open it right after buying, but we didn’t want any user to miss this Magical moment of opening a chest and getting their NFTs. So we will be adding a section under our My Assets page on Warlands.io where if the user has any unopened chest, he can directly open it from there
4. New Content and Features:
This week we will be doing final Internal testing for the same to give our users the best product.
- Blockchain and Token creation — We have started the testing of Warlands tokens, it’s very important to check all the possible scenarios of the token, So nobody in the future will have to face any difficulties while buying, selling, or swapping the tokens. So we are taking some extra time to check the possibles errors.
We have also started with working on Landing page where user can buy Warlands token and start their vesting, contract for vesting is Under development
